Media Converters

The industrial-grade Ethernet-to-Fiber Converters product range convert Ethernet data to fiber optic signals, which can be a very cost-effective way to extend transmission distance. By converting to fiber optic media, Ethernet data can be transmitted over distances up to 80 km while enjoying superior EMI immunity, an ideal combination for many industrial applications. Approved for Class 1, Div. 2/Zone 2 hazardous area use, the IMC series uses proven design to keep you industrial automation applications running continuously.

  • Power failure, port break alarm via relay output
  • 10/100BaseT(X) via RJ45 and 100BaseF(X) via optical fibre (SC and ST connectors)
  • Wide temperature range (0 to 60°C), extended temperature range (-40 to 75°C)
